Marc Cucurella has announced that he may retire from the Spanish national team.
The full-back has revealed that if Spain manage to win the World Cup, he would consider his mission with the national team complete.
The Real Madrid defender believes that winning major trophies with the national team, including the European Championship and the World Cup, would be the realization of all his goals at international level.
Cucurella has also revealed that if he wins the World Cup, he will get a tattoo of coach Luis de la Fuente's face.
"If we win the World Cup, I will call Luis the next day and tell him not to rely on me anymore, because I am retiring from the national team. If we win the World Cup, I will get a tattoo of the face of coach Luis de la Fuente," Cucurella said, Spanish media reported on Saturday.
