Leandro Trossard opened the scoring in the 28th minute.
The second goal was scored by Atalanta striker Charles De Ketelaere in the 53rd minute.
Napoli midfielder Kevin De Bruyne scored for 3:0 in the 65th minute.
Dodi Lukebakio scored the fourth goal in the 85th minute, and two minutes later, Nicolas Raskin scored the final goal.
Belgium also defeated Croatia 2-0 in a friendly match on Tuesday.
