England convincing against Costa Rica

England

England put in a great performance against Costa Rica in a friendly match before the start of the World Cup.

England won the match, which began on Wednesday night and ended in the early hours of Thursday morning, with a score of 3:0.

This match was scheduled to start at 22:00 PM, but was postponed for an hour due to storms in Orlando.

Declan Rice made it 1-0 with a deflected shot in the ninth minute. He was assisted by Barcelona youngster Anthony Gordon.

In the first half, England had another chance with Noni Madueke hitting the post. England also won a penalty in the first half's extra time, but the decision was overturned after a VAR review.

Jude Bellingham, who has been highly praised for his performance in the number 10 position, was credited with the second goal. He made a brilliant move in the area and passed to Eberechi Ezen. The ball after Ezen's attempt was touched by a handball in the area, while Gordon made no mistake from the penalty spot, in the 68th minute.
