Residents were rescued from their homes and buildings after heavy rains caused flooding in several Chinese cities.
Footage shows roads in parts of Nanchang, a province in southeast China, damaged by floodwaters after the city was hit by bad weather.
It was announced by local authorities that at least 14 people were forced to evacuate from flooded residential buildings. Another 25 people were evacuated from urban and rural areas in central China's Hubei province after being trapped by flash floods caused by heavy rains over a short period.
Over the weekend alone, more than 3 people were evacuated from their homes.
