At least five people have been killed in a Russian missile attack on Tuesday in the southeastern city of Dnipro in Ukraine.
Dozens more were injured, Ukrainian officials said.
"These were civilians who were simply traveling in their cars. People who were doing their jobs, returning home to their families," Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister, Oleksiy Kuleba, said on the Telegram app.
An infrastructure structure was damaged in the attack, according to prosecutors.
At least 10 people hospitalized are in serious condition, regional governor Oleksandr Ganzha said on Telegram. One of the victims, a 40-year-old man, died in hospital, he said.
A video shared by officials showed cars with blood stains and damage from debris.
