There can be no talks with North Korea until the country significantly improves its behavior, a White House official said today, a day after Secretary of State Rex Tillerson suggested the possibility of starting negotiations with Pyongyang at any time, but without any preconditions.
"Given North Korea's latest missile test, it is clear that there is no time for negotiations at this time," the White House National Security Council spokesman said, US media reported.
