The death toll from a fire at a residential complex in Hong Kong has risen to 36, the BBC reported.
While nothing is yet known about the other 239 people.
As announced by the country's local authorities, three people have been arrested on suspicion of causing the massive fire.
The fire is believed to have spread through bamboo scaffolding on the outside of the buildings, with emergency services at the scene.
