Among the agreements between the US and Saudi Arabia announced on Tuesday by US President Donald Trump's meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is "the largest defense equipment sale agreement in history," the White House announced.
According to the announcement, the deal is worth about $142 billion and includes equipping Saudi Arabia with "modern combat equipment and services from dozens of American defense firms."
The White House has also announced that Saudi Arabia will invest $600 billion in the United States.
Trump is expected to speak at an Investment Forum to be held in Riyadh later Tuesday.
