The pro-Kremlin Russian portal "Vzglyad" has published a list of "hostile governments" of Russia, with states that are reported to openly oppose Russia and that stand against it due to political circumstances.
In the first place, Britain is considered the most hostile, due to sanctions on Russian oil companies, but also because Britain has publicly requested many times to supply Kiev with weapons.
Germany and France are ranked second. According to the pro-Russian portal, both European countries have consistently provided financial assistance to Ukraine. The Netherlands and Estonia are jointly ranked third.
And, the United States of America is ranked fourth as hostile to Russia. The Russian portal claims that this US position in this case is due to the temporary suspension of military aid to Ukraine.
Denmark, Italy, Canada, Lithuania, Poland, Finland and Sweden are ranked at number five.
Norway and Belgium are ranked sixth, and Croatia, with Spain and Greece, are ranked seventh.

Portugal and Slovenia are eighth, Hungary and Luxembourg ninth. Meanwhile, Austria, Bulgaria, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand and Romania are in tenth place.
According to this portal, Albania is among the least hostile countries.
Kosovo is not included in this list. Russia, Serbia's most powerful ally, strongly opposes Kosovo's independence.
