A massive beating took place on Saturday night in a restaurant in Wuppertal, where a party was being organized for the engagement of an Afghan couple, "Bild" writes.
The police were called to the restaurant around 22:00 p.m., after the party between two Afghani families got into an argument and a massive fight.
One of the men even took out a knife and pointed it at the police.
When the police arrived at the scene, there was chaos. About 60 people were fighting each other in the street, women rushing away with their tearful children.
When the police tried to stop the fight, a 23-year-old man pulled out a knife. The police had to use a taser to disarm him.
Four policemen were injured while trying to calm the situation. Some of the guests also received injuries. There were also some arrested.
The police shut down the party and all the guests had to go home.
