Iranian state television has warned the public about a video calling on them to "rise up" against the government.
"If you notice irrelevant messages while watching television, it is because the enemy is jamming satellite signals," the television statement said, the BBC reported.
The video, which has also been shared on social media, accuses the Iranian leadership of “letting down” its people and calls on viewers to take “control of your future.” The source of the video and the claim that the television station was hacked are still unknown.
A lion logo appears in the corner of the video, as well as images of Iranian commanders killed during the Israeli offensive on June 13.
The video also included footage from the massive protests of 2022, sparked by the death of Mahsa Amin while in police custody.
