A Delta Air Lines passenger plane crashed while landing at Toronto Airport on Monday, with local media reporting at least eight injuries, BBC reports.
The plane had departed from Minneapolis.
Three of the injured are reported to be in critical condition and have been transported to local hospitals.
Emergency teams have arrived at the scene, while videos on social media show the plane overturned.
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said all 80 people on board the plane were evacuated.
"The Delta Air Lines aircraft, operated by Endeavor Air, crashed while landing at Toronto International Airport in Canada at approximately 14:15 p.m. local time," the statement said.
