The United Nations has placed the Israeli Army, Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad on the list of violators of children's rights, "BBC" reported.
These three parties, along with Sudan's warring parties, have been singled out for killing and maiming children.
"Unprecedented numbers of children have been killed and maimed," according to the Children in Armed Conflict report.
The annual report aims to shame offending parties into committing to complying with UN measures to protect children.
The Secretary General of the UN, António Guterres, has said that the conflict between Israel and Hamas has caused serious violations on a high scale and intensity, especially in Gaza.

"Children bear the burden of growing crises, which have caused disregard for children's rights, especially the right to live," the report said.
According to the report, the conflict in Gaza has caused a 155% increase in what are categorized as "serious violations" against children.
The UN has verified more than 8000 serious violations against 4247 Palestinian children and 113 Israeli children in 2023.
But the investigation is ongoing, with the need to analyze thousands of reports of dead and injured children.
"Most of the incidents were caused by the use of explosive weapons by Israeli forces in populated areas," the report states.
Israel's envoy to the UN, Gilad Erdan, said he was "shocked and disgusted by this shameful decision".
Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad are also listed for killing, maiming and kidnapping children.
