Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday that he would not proceed with the Trump administration's full ceasefire plan until all hostages are released.

"We will not move on to any of the 21 clauses until the first clause - the release of all hostages, living and dead, until the last hostage, every single one of them, has crossed into Israeli territory," Netanyahu said.

"Only then will we move on to another clause," he added.

Netanyahu made the statement while speaking at the Israel Heroes Forum, a group of families whose loved ones were killed during the Hamas attacks on October 7 in southern Israel, or in the ensuing war in Gaza.
