The former president of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, has been more active in social networks with threats in recent days, especially after Ukraine's offensive in the Russian Kursk region. The last threat is addressed to Germany.
Medvedev has commented on the article of the German Bild newspaper, which stated that German tanks have returned to Russia, alluding to German donations of tanks to the Ukrainian army, which are now being used in the offensive on Russian territory.
"The German newspaper Bild published a revanchist article in which it proudly announces the return of German tanks to Russian soil. In response, we will do everything to bring the last Russian tanks to Republic Square," Medvedev said.
The former president of Russia was referring to the square in Berlin where the Bundestag (German Parliament) is located.
Medvedev previously commented on Ukraine's offensive and said that Russia should no longer talk about restrictions when it comes to Ukrainian territory.
"From now on, the special military operation (the term used by the Russians for the war in Ukraine) should have no restrictions. Now it can and should be discussed openly and diplomatically", said Medvedev.
