An Israeli military strike on Iran's Natanz nuclear complex directly hit the underground uranium enrichment plant there, the International Atomic Energy Agency said on Tuesday. It had initially reported that the plant had not been hit.
Since Israel launched strikes on Iran on Friday, the agency has provided updates on damage to nuclear sites, Reuters reported.
The agency said there was no change in reporting for Iran's other two nuclear sites, Isfahan and Fordow.
"Based on ongoing analysis of satellite imagery collected following Friday's attacks, the Agency has identified additional elements indicating a direct impact on the underground uranium enrichment corridors at Natanz," the Agency said in a post on X.
