A nationwide strike paralyzed Belgium's main airport on Monday.
Brussels airport spokesman Chioua Lekhli said all departures were canceled due to the strike and only one in three arrivals were operating, AP reports.
"Together with our partners, we tried to inform passengers as soon as possible," Lekhli said.
The strike has also affected train, metro and bus travel across Belgium.
