France has started preparations for the summer season, opening as a tourist destination for international visitors vaccinated against COVID-19.
The government in Paris has decided to abolish the testing requirement for European visitors and for vaccinated tourists from other parts of the world, including the United States of America.
The measures in this country have started to relax since Wednesday. However, according to the Government's decision, tourism will not be possible for visitors from countries with a high rate of cases of coronavirus or for those facing new variants.
At the moment, there are 16 countries on the country's red list, including India, South Africa and Brazil.
Vaccinated visitors from the US and UK will not need to undergo quarantine upon arrival in France and do not even need to justify their visit.

However, they will be required to have the PCR test no older than 72 hours. Unvaccinated children will be allowed with vaccinated adults.
European visitors and those from the seven countries, such as Australia, South Korea, Israel, Japan, Lebanon and New Zealand, do not need to be tested if they are vaccinated.
