France aims to vaccinate 4 million of its citizens by the end of February. This plan was introduced on Friday as the French state tightened measures to prevent the large spread of the coronavirus.
The Ministry of Health has announced that between 2.4 and 4 million people will be vaccinated before March, as it expects to accelerate the distribution of vaccines until early spring. France is expected to receive 500 million doses of the "Pfizer-BioNTech" vaccine, while the distribution of "Moderna" vaccines will begin this week.
By the end of January, France aims to vaccinate 1 million people. France has implemented a curfew from 20pm to 6am. This measure will start on January 16.
