The Czech Republic has recorded the worst day of coronavirus cases.
The Minister of Health said on Saturday that 506 new cases were registered in the last 24 hours. The last highest figure was recorded on May 27, 377 cases.
Saturday's announcement comes a day after its neighbor, Slovakia, also set a daily record with an increase in infections, AP reports.
The Czech Republic has recorded a total of 21,551 cases so far, while 411 deaths, reports KOHA.
