Police have shot dead a man who allegedly entered a London home armed with a crossbow.
Police said someone reported that a man was trying to force his way into a home and that the suspect was threatening those inside the home, the Guardian reported.
Investigators are looking into whether there is a connection between the man and the members who were inside the home.
Police have said that their officers tried to calm him down, but were threatened until the man went inside.
At that moment, according to the Police, a policeman shot and killed the suspect.
All fatal police shootings are investigated according to law. Police are allowed to use force to protect themselves or others, but it must be proportionate to the threat.
