An 82-year-old German man has been given a "final warning" by a court, which said he would be jailed if he receives a 26th drug-trafficking conviction.
The man told a court in Germany that he hoped to earn more money than his 800-euro pension by selling marijuana, the AP reported.
Prosecutors have asked that the man, who was arrested 25 times before for drugs, be sentenced to 34 months in prison. However, the court decided not to send him to prison due to health problems.
Instead of punishment, the court released the man with "one last warning" to avoid prison.
