American President Joe Biden returned to the White House on Tuesday after testing negative for Covid-19.

Biden was isolated last weekend in a house in Delëare, to recover from the virus, AP reports.

He will address the nation from the Oval Office on Wednesday evening, following his decision to drop out of the 2024 re-election race.

Biden posted on X that he would talk "about what's going to happen" and how he will "get the job done for the American people."

Biden has not been seen in public since July 17, but he called a meeting of campaign officials on Monday to address staff and express his support for Vice President Kamala Harris' bid to replace him, a day after announced that he would leave the race.
