Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to specify where Russia might send its weapons for possible attacks on Western targets.

Putin has warned that Russia may provide long-range weapons to others to strike Western targets in the world, in response to NATO allies allowing Ukraine to launch attacks on Russian territory.

"These actions will certainly have consequences", said Peskov, reports "Associated Press".
He also reaffirmed Moscow's readiness to use nuclear weapons if its sovereignty is threatened.

Putin has said that recent actions by the West further undermine international security.
