Israel kills seven Hezbollah members in Lebanon

An Israeli drone struck a vehicle in Lebanon on Saturday morning, killing three members of Hezbollah.

Four other members were killed in an attack on a house in Ramia overnight, AP reported.

Lebanon's National News Agency reported that the latest attack hit a car, while the Israeli military also said it hit a vehicle.

According to the Israeli military, there were a number of terrorists in the vehicle who fired rockets into Israeli territory. It added that the militants were operating under an Iran-linked group that operates under Hezbollah.

Hezbollah announced the death of seven of its fighters, without providing additional details.

The militant group has exchanged fire with Israeli forces along the Lebanon-Israel border since the start of Israel's war against Hamas in Gaza.
