GO+Peja has a new coach. Croatian Damir Milačić has been appointed as Peja's coach for the remainder of the 2025/26 edition in the Kosovo Basketball Super League.
Milačić was most recently the coach of the Croatian team, KK Alkar. With KK Alkar, Milačić made history by qualifying for the final of the Croatian Cup. He also qualified for European competitions.
Milačić replaces Greg Gibson, who days ago ended his journey with Peja by mutual agreement.
"We announce that our club's head coach for the remainder of the season will be Croatian Damir Milačić. Milačić, in addition to his rich career as a basketball player, has been working as a coach since 2012, where he spent most of his career in Croatia, with experience also in Belgium. During the 2024/25 season, the 51-year-old was named coach of the year in Croatia. Milačić takes charge of the team from tomorrow, with his experience that will be key for GO+ Peja in the remainder of the season," the announcement reads.
