It is a Stewart & Stevenson M1087 FMTV truck, manufactured in 1997, converted from a military vehicle to a motor home, but kept its "rugged" look.
The current owner purchased the truck in 2018 and immediately began the transformation process. But now he has decided to sell it and the "Cars and Bid" house has put it up for auction.
The truck, which was a mobile military command center, was converted into a comfortable living space with a kitchen, bathroom, appliances and a large bed. It is not known which army he met.
The truck is powered by a 6.6 horsepower 6-liter Caterpillar 290-cylinder diesel engine. It has 7 speeds.
The owner installed a water tank, a heater and a water purification system. The interior heating is done using the same heater from the military industry that is the original component of the military truck, while an LG mini-air conditioner is installed for cooling. The kitchen is mainly made of stainless steel.
There is also a large refrigerator.
