Created by the Chinese company "XPENG AEROH", the test of the flying taxi in Dubai offers a glimpse into the future, writes the AP agency. In the future, people can avoid the queues on the roads and reach their destination by flying.
XPeng X2, developed by Guangzhou-based Chinese firm XPeng Inc, is one of dozens of flying car projects around the world.
Only a few have been tested with passengers on board, and it will likely be many years before any are put into service.
The last test was done without passengers, but the company said it will test with passengers in July 2021.

"Testing is very important," said Omar Al Khan, executive director of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Al Khan added that Dubai is working with the private sector to create a regulation for flying cars.
"We expect that in 2024 the new generation of new cars will be ready and in 2026 you will see more testing. It's a 700-kilogram car, and it flies. From a distance you don't notice that it is 700 kg. It looks like a drone, but it can fly up to 140 kilometers in 45 minutes. It is the first step towards achieving the dream", said Al Khan.
