Ernest Daka, the best in the third race of the Kosovo motoring championship

One of the best competitors in Kosovo's auto sport, the "veteran" Ernest Daka is the winner of the Brezovica 2019 race, the third race in a row of the mountain discipline, announces the Federation of Auto Sports of Kosovo.

Daka covered the 7.7 kilometer long path with a BMW 325i in a time of 04.57.161 minutes.

"Normally I am satisfied with the victory. Maybe today was my day, as is often said in sports, maybe even the rainy weather suited me more than the other competitors. Nevertheless, it was a good race, which had a slightly different course than the previous ones, because yesterday we didn't manage to do the test drives, then today we first had one and then the official drive. The important thing is that the race ended without problems and I hope it will be like this in the continuation of the championship", said Daka after the victory, reports Koha.net.

The second position went to Besfort Bunjaku, who with Opel Astra, compared to the winner, was delayed by 02.892 seconds, while the podium of the winners in the overall standings was filled with Valon Jaha, who with BMW was 04.509 seconds slower than Dhaka.

In general, the race was filled with rivalry, but also with several incidents that occurred due to the wet track, but which luckily did not have major consequences.
