The exhumation of the remains of three people in Kalludra ends weeks of excavations

At the first location in this village, the mortal remains of 13 people were found, in Jabukë, 4 people, while at the other location in the village of Kalludër të Vogël, the mortal remains of 6 people were found.

Kushtrim Gara from the Government Commission for Missing Persons said that the process of exhuming, evaluating and exhuming the remains is expected to be completed by Friday at the latest.

"It is expected that today or at the latest tomorrow the process of exhumation and assessment of the entire space or area of ​​interest will be completed. During these days, teams are engaged or focused on the location of the third mass grave. Importantly, it has already been confirmed that the mortal remains belong to 23 people, victims of enforced disappearance. Of course, in the coming days we will await the completion of forensic examinations and identification through DNA analysis," he said.

And in a press conference, acting minister Xhelal Sveçla said that the weapons that were confiscated around the village of Kalludër in Zubin Potok will be examined to confirm whether they were used to kill the 23 people found at this location.
