The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev, in the first interview after the approval of the constitutional changes, stated that the Law on Languages will be implemented and he will be the first Macedonian citizen whose passport will contain the Albanian language.

Speaking about the League itself for languages, Zaevi said that "even our Constitution says that the first and official language is the Macedonian language and the other second language is the Albanian language".

"For this reason, neither the Macedonians nor the Albanians should have dilemmas. It is for this reason that the Law on languages has been sent to the Venice Commission and will be evaluated there. We must be flexible and not destroy the future. I feel sorry for the opposition that is sowing nationalism", said Zaevi in an interview for Alsat-M.

"We don't want to divide citizens into percentages, we don't need that. Our citizens are equal and all are the same, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said in the 200 show", Zaevi emphasized.

The Macedonian Prime Minister expressed his conviction that the Prespa agreement will be passed by the Greek Parliament. "I cannot help but have faith in my dear colleague, Alexis Tsipras. We have put our signatures. The first step was with us. We made it, I believe they will make it too. I heard from Tsipras immediately after the vote in our parliament, he was the first to inform me, congratulated me and said that now it's my turn", stated Zaevi.
