The media spokesperson for the Vetëvendosje Movement, Arlind Manxhuka, said that they will wait until the final vote count "so that we know the result of the victory."
He wrote on Facebook that the countdown is continuing.
"Dear citizens, the counting is continuing and we must wait until the final count in order to know the result of our victory," he said.
The CEC has informed KOHA that there are technical problems with the website where the preliminary results of the parliamentary elections are being published.
