The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has announced a meeting with the European Union's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, for January 20.
In a statement to the media in Serbia, Vuçiqi called this a great meeting.
"We expect and thank you for the fact that the American delegation insisted on the implementation of the agreement and a big meeting awaits us on the 20th with Miroslav Lajcak. Let's see how it will look", said Vuçiqi
Tanjug news agency reported that Vuçiqi said that it is clear that the Association of Serb-majority municipalities should be formed.
But as he pointed out, he does not know how Kosovo intends to form the Association in accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court and what they negotiated for, since as he said, they know that this cannot be done.

"When you insist that something must be in accordance with the Constitution of the so-called Kosovo, then the question arises as to why we negotiated at all and what we actually negotiated for. We carried out the negotiations precisely because we know that this is not at all possible to achieve in accordance with the legal acts and legislation of one, the second or the third party", said Vuçic, answering the questions of journalists after the separation of prize for the best photograph.
He added that even the American adviser, Derek Chollet, who stayed in Belgrade on Thursday, conveyed that it is not clear how Pristina thinks to establish the Association on these principles.
