Todosijevic was sentenced to two years in prison on Tuesday for denying the Recak massacre, in which Serb forces killed 45 Kosovo Albanians in 1999.
In a video posted on Instagram, Vučić said that "Todosijevic's right to a fair trial was severely violated" because, according to him, based on the Brussels Agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, Todosijevic should have been tried by two Serbian judges and an Albanian.
Vucic said that Todosijevic "was brutally violated the right to free thought".
He called on the European Union to "instruct the Albanians in Pristina that they must adhere to what they have signed and accepted" with the Brussels Agreement.
