The Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic, has published a photo on his Instagram profile together with the Prime Minister of Albania and the host of the Western Balkans and EU Summit, Edi Rama.
Next to each other, Vucic says that he and Rama talked about the "Open Balkans".
"I talked with my friend @ediramaal about the Open Balkans initiative and our common issues," he wrote.
Vuçiqi has once stated that he will not go to this Summit due to the appointment of Nenad Rashiqi to the position of Minister for Communities and Returns. Later he stated that he will participate, but he will do so because of the interests of Serbia.
Rama, on the other hand, was convinced that Vuçiqi would respond positively to the invitation for Sami.
