The Vetëvendosje Movement has started the celebration in front of its offices in Pristina, where several sympathizers have gathered.
KOHA is reporting from the scene, where citizens are seen setting off fireworks. No party officials were seen present there.
Meanwhile, the media spokesperson for the Vetëvendosje Movement, Arlind Manjhuka, said that they will wait until the final vote count "so that we know the result of the victory."
He wrote on Facebook that the countdown is continuing.
"Dear citizens, the counting is continuing and we must wait until the final count in order to know the result of our victory," he said.
