The brother of Liridona Ademaj, who was allegedly killed on Wednesday, November 29 in Pristina, has confessed outside the premises of the Basic Court how the tragic case was understood by the family.
In a statement to the media, Leonard Ademaj said that her husband, Naim Murseli, after being interviewed by the Police, told her that at the moment when the incident happened, he took the children and ran away, leaving his wife in the car.
He further stated that according to Murseli, after a few minutes after he and the children left the scene, they heard a scream for which "someone thought they were scaring the woman".
"I don't know how I was able to stay that day, when the children were in a terrible state, they told me that they were attacked, they were asked for money. The boy came with his hand clenched and told me that he did not give the money to the robbers, he gave the money to me, I still have it. I asked him how the case happened, he told me that they were in the car, got out of the car and their father took them, they walked on the road and then he told me that they forgot their mother in the car. I can't imagine what state my sister was in when she saw the man with the two children running away from the car, that's when she was able to notice what was happening. In Dragodan, after being interviewed, Naimi came out and explained the event in short points. He said that he has not seen them, while Liridona has. As Naimi has told, the robbers asked for the money and everything they had, I gave it all and I asked the same from Liridona, she insisted on something in her bag, while I opened the doors and asked the children in Swedish to leave . He further told me that he ran away with the children and after a few meters when he turned his head back he heard a crack, but that he said he thought they were scaring Liridona", he confessed.
He further announced that the family has made a request for the exhumation of the victim, for which they are waiting for an answer.
"We made the request for exhumation, we spoke with the chief prosecutor and the prosecutor of the case, we also made it in writing. The reburial happens as soon as possible is the best for our family and all those who are with us because most of the family is in exile and we want the reburial to happen as soon as possible to ease our pain and that Liridona does not deserve it place where it is, but come to its place. We have said that the cause can only be the work of money", he said.

Ademaj's brother has also declared about the last communication they had with Mursel's family members. He said that there was a misunderstanding, as it was reported for two days of separation, while the families agreed on the two keeping sight for two days, as he announced that the children are staying with their father's family.
"The day when they arrested Naim, they called us on the phone and informed us that it has been two days. There was a misunderstanding here, as it was said that they had given them two days, it is not true. Father said keep your sight for two days as you have. There was nothing else here. We leave everything to justice. We trust the justice of Kosovo. We had contact with the children. It came because the social association also came, they said that the children are fine, don't worry about them. Their grandparents take care of them. The children have not yet realized that their mother is dead. Until the Swedish state takes them, they will stay with their grandparents."
