The Serbian politician Rada Trajkovic told Serbia's "N1" television that Belgrade has accepted the requests of the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, for his visit to Serbia and that the arrest of Milan Radoicic, who was behind the terrorist attack in Banjska, is being prepared. September 24 last year, during which police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed.
Trajkovic said that Serbia has requested materials from the Kosovo authorities for Banjska.
"The new news is that the Serbian judiciary, the prosecution and the authorities of Serbia have officially requested materials from the Kosovo authorities about Banjska and are seriously preparing for the arrest of Radoicic. Vuçiqi has accepted this", said Trajković.
Trajkovic also commented on the Kosovo Government's insistence on opening the bridge over the Ibër River.
Trajković said that the anniversary of the attack in Banjska is approaching and "Kurti wants to show what he has achieved in one year".
She said that "the Government of Kosovo under the leadership of Kurti from the north of Kosovo has created a police-military zone".
"We have a completely extraordinary situation, an empty shell without civil authorities", said Trajkovic.
The Serbian politician has said that it is time for "the expulsion of all Serbian institutions from the territory of Kosovo and M. and that the population is leaving with the institutions".
Trajkovic said that the strength of the Serbs and their resistance has faded after "the departure of Radoicic from Kosovo and M. and his people".
"With the departure of the institutions, the citizens also leave. With the departure of Radoicic, who for 10 years had an indescribable power over the Serbs and which was mainly in the function of mistreating and harassing the Serbs...the withdrawal of those men with Radoicic and the killing of the three reduced the strength of the resistance of the citizens of the north ", said Trajkovic.
Regarding the opening of the bridge over the Ibër River, for which the Serbian women from the north of Kosovo have also expressed their opposition, saying in a letter to the KFOR commander, Ozkan Ulutash, that they fear for security as the day of the beginning of the school year, Trajkovic has said that it is not necessary because four bridges in the north of Kosovo are already working.
She said that "the only salvation currently is the US ambassador, who reacted strongly to the plan for the opening".
"He reacted harshly, KFOR forces are on the bridge, they have placed barriers that can be lowered and raised and they will protect the bridge," said Trajkovic.
Meanwhile, Trajković said that the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, will be recorded in Serbian history as a person who actively worked for the withdrawal of all Serbian institutions.
She described Kurt as a "very dangerous leader of the Albanians" and said that the international community has begun to identify him as someone who wants to achieve "a historic position in Albanian history, as a person who will work for the projects he prepared , among which is the Greater Albania project".
