Prishtina is the city with the most active cases of COVID-19 in what is being considered as the second wave of this virus.
As a result, the Family Medicine Center in Pristina has started to conduct a research in addition to the tests that are done every day, KOHA reports.
According to the head of this center, Sami Uka, the research aims to provide an overview of the number of people who have been affected by the virus.
Uka adds that in the last 4 months, 8 people have taken the serological test.
According to him, this program initially started only in the student center, but the increase in demand for tests led to them being carried out in two other centers, in the "Ulpiana" and "Kodra e Trimave" neighborhoods.
Currently, the waiting list for a serological test in the capital is 2 weeks.
Citizens seeking medical help at the Main Center of Family Medicine already have a different routine.

COVID-19 has not left the health staff untouched, causing the centers to face difficulties in organizing work.
Until the normalization of the situation, Uka indicates that the KKMF in Prishtina is waiting for the recruitment of new staff.
