Myftiu i Kosovës, Naim Tërnava, i është drejtuar me një kërkesë zyrtare Prokurorisë Speciale të Republikës së Kosovës për zbardhjen e plotë të çështjes së dokumentit “Top Secret 2”, i përfshirë në mesin e dëshmive në aktakuzën e PSRK-së për spiunazh ndaj Fatmir Shehollit.
“Në emër të Kryesisë së Bashkësisë Islame të Kosovës (BIK), përmes kësaj kërkese zyrtare, kërkojmë nga Prokuroria Speciale e Republikës së Kosovës zbardhjen e plotë të çështjes së dokumentit të pretenduar si ‘Top Secret’, përfshirë origjinën, autenticitetin, mënyrën e sigurimit dhe publikimit të tij, si dhe rrethanat e nxjerrjes së pretenduar nga telefoni i të pandehurit Fatmir Sheholli”, thuhet në një njoftim të BIK për këtë zhvillim.
Sipas aktakuzës që e ka siguruar KOHA dokument “Top Secret 2” është gjetur në celularin e Shehollit dhe që synim ka zgjerimin e ndikimit të radikalizimit islamik në Kosovë dhe rajon.
Në njoftimin e BIK-ut thuhet se përmbajtja e publikuar e paraqet këtë institucion në mënyrë të rreme dhe se pretendohet që Bashkësia Islame është nën ndikimin e shërbimeve të huaja të sigurisë, ndërsa xhamitë dhe medresetë paraqiten si institucione të financuara për qëllime destabilizuese.
“Këto janë akuza jashtëzakonisht të rënda dhe të papranueshme, të cilat cenojnë rëndë integritetin, kredibilitetin dhe dinjitetin e institucionit tonë, të imamëve, teologëve dhe besimtarëve tanë”, thuhet në kërkesën e BIK drejtuar Prokurorisë Speciale.
Në atë dokument, të cilin sipas aktakuzës Sheholli më 5 gusht të vitit 2025 ia ka dërguar një personi me emrin Viktor Makedonija, tregohet plani për ndërtimin e xhamive në vende të dukshme në afërsi të autoudhëve, shkollave, qendrave tregtare dhe po ashtu të trefishohet numri i xhamive në fshatrat e mëdha. Po ashtu kërkohet që edhe medresetë të shtrihen në gjithë vendin.
"The leaders of the Islamic communities of Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia, Kosmet are under our control and are working to include as many people of Albanian nationality as possible with influence in sports, media, music and politics. We also have our people in some political parties who work for us and who strongly support Islam and who are connected to Islamic leaders who are spreading Islam even in places where there has never been a mosque. In Western countries, our people from the Islamic communities of Kosovo and Sandzak have been delegated and are under the orders of our embassies in Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. With this, we will be able to divide the Albanians who live abroad, mainly in Switzerland and Germany, where the richest and most powerful Albanians who have supported Rugova live," the document states.
According to the document, the goal is to create an atmosphere in Kosovo where people feel as if they are living in a foreign country, and in this way, some of the youth will flee abroad and others will decide to convert to Islam.
"After 20 years, Kosovo will look like Kandahar. Western powers will change their minds about Kosovo and thus decide to return Kosovo to the jurisdiction of Serbia. When this is achieved, Serbia will have a free hand to repeat the persecution of Albanians in Turkey, but this time not through force but through religious leaders for employment and by offering them super conditions for migration to Turkey. For this, Serbia has the green light from the Turkish state," the document states.
The prosecution claims that the content of this document, viewed in conjunction with other evidence administered, is relevant to proving the nature of the defendant's contacts and activities in relation to the structures of the Serbian intelligence service BIA.
