"As it is seen, the family in our religion and tradition is the basic social good on which the structure of society is based, it is the first element with which our nation is built and patriotism was born. With it, the Islamic religion considers it the basis for the stability and well-being of society. Anyone who brings the discussions but also the many debates that are taking place recently in our country for the approval of some laws about the family, sees that these efforts contradict the identity, religion and moral values that our society possesses. Efforts in this direction are due to the disappearance or weakening of the high morals that this people carries, because it aims at a society that lives without feelings and emotional connection with family, relatives, tradition, customs and tribe", he said.
He called for mobilization against suicides and murders.

In recent months, the issue of family union between the same sex, which is foreseen in the new Civil Code, and the issue of assisted reproduction have sparked debate. Some MPs have come out against some articles that foresee not taking into account the status of the woman who wants to have access to assisted reproduction. /KP
