After a series of reactions from civil society, businesses and citizens of Ferizaj, the Municipal Assembly, on Friday, at the proposal of the Directorate for Economic Development, withdrew the draft regulation that defines the working hours of business activities and other business activities in the territory of this municipality. This regulation has determined that Sunday and official holidays are rest days, but that will now be changed and will be brought up again in another meeting of the CC.
Zekir Bytyçi, director for Economic Development in the Municipality of Ferizaj, said that it is in the interest of all businesses that this regulation be harmonized and come out as well as possible.
"Although we worked for a long time on this regulation, then we held public debates and we accepted all requests from all businesses, but after the concerns of many businesses, we decided to put this regulation up for discussion in the next session and to incorporate their demands.
