The mutual debt of Telekom and Z-Mobile was addressed in Thursday's session at the Court of Appeal. In it, the judge rejected several requests of the public telephone company, including the one to bill the profit from the 90 additional numbers that he used as a debt to Blerim Devolli's company.
Representatives of Telekom and those of the company "Dardafon.net" faced each other on Thursday in the Commercial Court, after the first instance established that the public telephone company has a debt of 5.7 million euros to the company owned by Blerim Devolli.
The most recent dispute between them stems from the 2017 agreement to enforce a final Arbitral Award.
In the last session, the second instance of the Commercial decided to appoint a group of experts to calculate the value of the debt that the companies can have to each other.
And, on Thursday, the battle took place for the time from which the debt should be calculated.
"We request from the Court that in this supplementary conclusion, in order to be able to come to a fair and accurate conclusion, the provision of 90.000 additional numbers and 3G/4G services for a total of 290 numbers should be included", requested Durim Ahmetaj, legal officer at Telecom.

For debt calculation, the experts received documents from Dardafon but not from Telekom
Telecom's proposal was opposed by the lawyer of the "Dardafon" company.
"Any compensation that existed or other payment, whether it was made voluntarily or not, has been ascertained and included in the 2020 agreement", argued the lawyer of "Dardafon", Alban Makolli.
And the judge of the case rejected Telekom's proposal.
"Regarding the debtor's proposal to complete the conclusion presented in this session regarding the calculation of the sum of the 3G and 4G numbers, which are claimed to be calculated as compensation, the Court takes this decision: The debtor's request is rejected as unfounded", has judge Dren Rogova made a decision.
Telekom officials present in the courtroom, including chief Burbuqe Hana, were excluded from the hearing after a verbal confrontation with the judge.
Despite this situation, Telekom said that they have not lost faith in the judge, enough to ask for his dismissal from this case.

"We have concerns about the impartiality of the judge, according to our assessment. However, not to the extent that we ask for the dismissal of the judge", said Feim Kelmendi, senior financial officer at Telekom.
Telekom's bank accounts have been blocked since the end of February, and since then about 1.700 workers of this company have not received their salaries.
