The Supreme Court has decided that the decision to suspend the "Adventure Park" project in Germi will remain in force until the final decision on the case.

Through a press conference, the "Group for Legal and Political Studies" and "Active Citizens" announced that the highest court rejected the appeal of the Municipality of Pristina for an extraordinary review of the court decision, leaving the decision in force. of the Court of Appeal.

The decision to cancel the "Adventure Park" project in Germi came after the lawsuit of GLPS and Active Citizens that the environmental permit for this project was given in violation of nature protection.

Also, according to them, there was a violation since there was no public debate on this issue.
