In the Specialized Chambers in The Hague today, the verdict will be announced against the former leaders of the KLA War Veterans Organization, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj.
The session will be held from 10:00 to 12:00.
On March 17, the panel, after hearing all the parties, the closing arguments and the position of the organized party, closed the case.
The Specialized Prosecutor's Office (SPO) has requested that Gucati and Haradinaj be sentenced to six years in prison each.
They are accused of obstructing justice, more precisely for publicizing ZPS documents, documents that a person had brought to the offices of OVL KLA during 2020.
