Sot nga ora 11:00 pritet të mbahet vazhdimi i seancës konstituive të Kuvendit të Kosovës. Në rend dite është zgjedhje e pesë nënkryetarëve të Kuvendit, që dështoi të bëhej në vazhdimin e seacnës që është mbajtur të mërkurën.
Ndërkohë që atë ditë kryetare e Kuvendit është zgjedhur deputetja e Vetëvendosjes Albulena Haxhiu.
Pas dështimit të konstituimit të Kuvendit kryetari i Vetëvendosjes, Albin Kurti ka thënë se pajtueshmërinë për zgjedhjen e nënkryetarëve synojnë ta arrijë në një takim me kryetarin e PDK-së, Bedri Hamza, e atë të LDK-së, Lumir Abdixhiku.
Ai tha se i ka ftuar në takim dy liderët e këtyre partive dhe bëri thirrje për qasje konstruktive në mënyrë që Kuvendi i Kosovës të konstituohet dhe të formohet sa më shpejt Qeveria e re.
Por nga ajo ditë nuk është raportuar për një takim në mes të tyre.

Por, sikurse vazhdimet e mëhershme ashtu edhe ai i sotshmi janë ftuar përtej afatit kushtetues. Në dy raste paraprake, kryetari i Vetëvendosjes, Albin Kurti, kërkoi kohë shtesë për të negociuar për çështjen e zgjedhjes së presidentit. Sipas tij, konstituimi i Kuvendit dhe formimi i Qeverisë, pa zgjidhje për presidentin, nuk shmangin zgjedhjet e reja.
Kurti dhe kryetari i LDK-së Lumir Abdixhiku më parë janë dakorduar për emrin e Bekim Sejdiut për president. Por, as kjo marrëveshje nuk e garanton kuorumin e nevojshëm prej 80 deputetësh, pasi gjashtë deputetë të LDK-së kanë dalë kundër.
Në vazhdimin e seancës konstituive që është mbajtur të mërkurën, kryetarja e re e Kuvendit, Albulena Haxhiu, i ka përdorur dy arsyetime për të pamundësuar konstituimin e Kuvendit.

The representative of the Serbian List, Igor Simić, during the nomination of Slavko Simić for vice president, said that he is being proposed "on behalf of the Serbian people."
The only institution in Kosovo that can provide interpretation on the constitutionality of a case is the Constitutional Court.
The same term was also used by the Serbian List in the constitution of the VIII Legislature, on March 22, 2021. At that time, Vetëvendosje voted for the proposal.
The speaker's second justification was that there are no votes for the vice-presidential candidates proposed by the Democratic Party and the Democratic League.
However, the nominated names were not put to a vote, which would have verified whether or not they had the support of the deputies.
