Voting was held at the Pulmonology Clinic at UCCK until around 22:30 p.m., announced Dr. Bashkim Gllareva.
In a direct link, Gllareva told KTV that it is concerning that patients are being prevented from going to hospital during this time. He announced that in this case he was not in the role of a doctor, but had sent the mother for treatment.
"...It was disturbing that at 22:30 PM, during therapy time, they come and disturb the patients with the excuse that we have had obstacles and delays. The Kosovo Police were also there and until a few minutes ago, votes were being placed in the boxes," he said.
Gllareca added that they have not been able to go to vote in some UCCK clinics.
