Two months after the meeting, in which the Special Prosecutor's Office claims that "Syri i Populli" had made the decision to start murdering state dignitaries, Murat Jashari was lying in a psychiatric clinic.
From June 13 to November 30, 2015, Jashari, according to his defense, was undergoing treatment in Friburg, Switzerland, a diagnosis that was confirmed at the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry in Kosovo, after the request for examination by the Special Prosecutor's Office, KTV reports.
In the conclusion of this institute, it is stated that Jashari suffers from schizoaffective disorder - manic type, until he had recommended bio-psycho-social treatment, which is offered in compulsory treatment institutions with detention.
Fehmie Gashi-Bytyqi, Murat Jashari's lawyer, expects the accusation against her client to be dismissed.
Until Sadri Ramabaja's lawyer, also accused by the Special Prosecutor's Office, was surprised by the indictment against him. Ramiz Krasniqi insists that the only evidence of the prosecution, presented so far, is the book "Unfinished War" by Murat Jashari, edited by Ramabaja.
