Kosovo's Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Glauk Konjufca, met with Albania's Foreign Minister, Ferit Hoxha, on the sidelines of the Dubrovnik Forum in Croatia, where they discussed developments in the country and the region.
Hoxha announced the meeting at X, saying that "the exchange of ideas, analyses and approaches, as well as close coordination aimed at strengthening and expanding cooperation, remain the key to advancing our common interests."
In Hoxha's statement, integration into the European Union is mentioned for Albania, while for Kosovo, development and security are discussed.
"By acting together and with a clear vision of the future, we will be able to preserve and further strengthen our unbreakable bond, in the service of a stronger, more prosperous and EU-integrated Albania, and an equally stronger, more developed and more secure Kosovo. This is simultaneously a key investment both for strengthening regional cooperation and for our common future in the Euro-Atlantic family," he wrote.
