Citizens of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Thailand can enter the Republic of Albania without a visa for tourist purposes.
The Council of Ministers approved today an amendment to the decision "On determining the criteria, procedures and documentation for the entry, stay and treatment of foreigners in the Republic of Albania", as amended.
The decision was taken in support of the "For foreigners" law, with the proposal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Minister of the Interior.
According to the decision, "the list of countries whose citizens enter the Republic of Albania without a visa for tourist purposes and with a passport document for a limited period/for the period from April 20 to December 31, 2023 are: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Thailand".
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Interior are responsible for the implementation of this decision. /ATSH/
